My name is Joy Wong. I was born in Boston but grew up in Reno. I've been practicing photography for about 3 1/2 years now in which two of those years I have been taught by Professor Dean Burton at Truckee Meadows Community College.
I have always been fascinated by people. I am constantly watching people, their habits, their movements, how they communicate, etc, so naturally I want to photograph what is appealing to me. I also love fashion... clothes, make up, hair, and everything about it. I have always done portraits and I am currently working my portfolio to be centered around fashion portraiture and hope to enter the fashion world in the future as a fashion photographer.
Before I do photoshoots I always listen to Ladytron. It's a tradition and a habit.
Besides that I'm just a working college student working hard to fulfill my goal!
